In light of the developing issues with the Covid-19 virus and the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control to maintain “social distancing” the Law office of Robert S. Toomey is happy to provide alternate appointment options for those clients and prospective clients that feel more comfortable with staying at home rather than coming in to the office for a personal appointment.  While The Toomey Law Firm is a small firm and personal appointments can be conducted using  “social distancing” with relative ease and safety, we can easily use a telephone interview for matters that are not to complicated, and for matters that require more detail exchange, we can also offer the option of video conferencing.

With my staff working from home more often, it may be that we will not be in the office to answer your calls, However, my answering service will contact me with your message and we will return your calls within the next 48 hours, if not sooner.

We offer free initial consultations

We will meet with you for a 30 minute initial consultation, free of charge to evaluate your situation and explain your options. We can show you the way, but you have to decide if you’ve had enough — enough stress, enough worry and enough loss.

We provide effective, professional, comprehensive and cost effective legal services. We welcome you to our firm.

The Toomey Law Office, is located in Cartersville, Georgia. We serve the Citizens of the Northwest Georgia towns of Dallas, Hiram, and other surrounding communities.

Virtual appointments available.

I believe that there is nothing better than a one-on-one “in person” conference with my clients but there are times when an “in person” conference is not practicable. With the technological advancements in the Internet continuing to evolve and as an alternative to the in person conference Toomey Law can now offer videoconferencing upon request. If you feel that you cannot arrange an appointment in my Cartersville office to discuss your case, you can send an e-mail request to [email protected] to request a video conference to discuss your case.
